In an Instagram post, recently, Ajay Devgn revealed his latest film, Rudra: The Edge Of Darkness, a crime thriller series. Ajay Devgn’s OTT debut as an actor will be Rudra. He previously worked as a producer on the OTT network. Rudra is a Hindi remake of the hit British series Luther, starring Idris Elba. In this entertaining and dark new take on cop tales, Ajay Devgn will play the lead.




The series will be filmed in Mumbai this year, with a release date to be announced later. Ajay commented on the episode, calling it “compelling” and “intriguing.” The actor said that he has played a cop several times on film, but Rudra depicts him in a more intense form.

The film, which is produced by Applause Entertainment in collaboration with BBC Studios India, reimagines the iconic and internationally popular British series Luther for Indian audiences.”
