The episode begins with Imlie being upset that Aditya and Malini will be reuniting, but what about the things between me and Babusaheb? It’s time to say the truth, Aditya tells Malini. Malini prays to God to give her the courage to hear the truth.
Malini asks him if he can finally confess. Aditya claims that the truth is that I adore Imlie, and she adores me as well. Malini is astounded. Aditya tries to go into more detail about what happened in Pagdandiya, but Malini tells him not to.
I don’t want you to justify your shady behaviour. You’re not the same person I used to adore. I used to admire your dedication and honesty, but you are a liar and a weak person. We had a seven-year relationship; at the very least, you could respect our friendship.
But you’re just like the other guys. Aditya says don’t accuse me unless you know the truth.
Aditya stands up for Imlie. Malini claims you felt sorry for Imlie. You didn’t even think twice about it, so how do you expect me to remain silent? Aditya yells at her that she is wrong. Malini says I have the right to sue you for cheating on me. I am your legally married wife.
Aditya claims that Imlie is his first wife, not you. Malini is taken aback. Aditya requests that the entire truth be heard. Imlie becomes adamant, declaring that she will no longer tolerate humiliation. She chooses to return to Pagdandiya.
Imlie promises to return once she has enough money, name, and fame to respond to everyone. Imlie prepares her belongings. Malini is distraught. This, she claims, cannot be true. She instructs Aditya to tell her the truth. Aditya tells everyone everything.
He claims that when he went to Pagdandiya to cover Satyakam’s storey, mishaps began, and one day the angry villagers forced him to marry Imlie, and we married. Aditya adds that he never considered giving Malini’s place to anyone else, but that it was simply a forced marriage.
Things changed later, and he now wants to support Imlie and give her the rights she never asked for. Imlie had faith in the marriage, which I had never accepted. She tolerated my impoliteness. Now I don’t want her to be in pain. Malini bursts into tears. Imlie emerges from the house.
After a long time, he believes he has corrected his mistake. Imlie will get it right now. Imlie is passed by Aditya’s car. They do not, however, see each other. Imlie wonders why he should bear all the pain if no one in the city accepts him.
Imlie arrives at the bus stop and is surprised to see Satyakam and Meethi. Meethi inquires, “What happened to you?” Imlie inquires as to why she and her companions have come here. Satyakam claims that we have come to learn the truth. Meethi believes that the truth should be revealed.
Imlie claims that I, too, am unable to remain silent after years of silence. She inquires about Meethi’s father’s name. Meethi is surprised.
