Imlie 8th May Episode Recap : Anu accuses Imlie of following in her mother’s footsteps and destroying someone’s home, and threatens to slap her. Imlie takes Anu’s hand in hers and tells her not to mention her amma, lest she forget that Anu is Malini’s mother.
Star Plus : Imlie 10th May 2021 Episode Written Update
The episode begins with Aditya and Nishant returning home. Aditya, Pankaj inquires, “Why did you go meet Imlie?” Have you heard from Malini? No, Aditya claims, she didn’t tell me. Everyone is interfering with his personal life, he claims. Dropping Imlie off at home was not a crime.
Do you have any idea what Anu has told us, Nishant asks Aditya? She had you and Imlie in her sights. What’s the matter, Aparna asks Aditya, why are you doing so much Imlie? Aditya continues, “I am doing so little for Imlie in comparison to what she deserves.” Aparna inquires, “We are trying our hardest to get you to understand that you should focus on Malini and spend some time with her, but how will that happen if you two sleep separately like that?” Aditya claims you all went into our room.
Aparna exclaims, “Sundar discovered an extra mattress in your home!” Tripathis is opposed by Aditya, who claims that Meethi has high expectations of him. She fought for her daughter and entrusted me with the task of providing Imlie with a better life; if you had all been through it, you would not have sent Imlie to Chaturvedi House. Aditya continues, “Malini and I come up with a solution together.” Aparna has a feeling Aditya and Malini are going to make a bad decision.
Aditya questions Malini about lying to her family about telling Aditya to drop Imlie. Malini claims that stopping Anu was the right thing to do at the time. Aditya claims that we cannot be responsible for what others think of us. Why don’t you speak to your mother about how she makes something a big deal. Parents, according to Malini, are concerned about their children’s safety. It’s not bad, but if Imlie had told mom the truth, she wouldn’t have responded the way she did. You didn’t even get to meet Mom. But you won’t hold it against Imlie, and I apologise for that. Stop dragging Imlie between us all the time, Aditya says. Malini responds that she did not put Imlie into the equation. Aditya is taken aback.
Imlie goes to college in search of Aditya. She believes that Malini and Aditya should spend some time alone together. Malini and Aditya are asked to pack their belongings and leave for their honeymoon by the Tripathis. Aditya and Malini inform them that they are unable to attend because they are overworked. Nishant is told by Aditya to get the tickets refunded. Don’t push us, Aditya says. Aparna claims that their last hope has also vanished.
Imlie learns that one of her classmates has leukaemia. Imlie’s classmates raise funds for his or her care. She remembers Nishant telling her about the same illness. What kind of illness is this, Imlie inquires? She is taken aback when she learns that she has blood cancer. She believes students are attempting to rag her once more. She inquires of the instructor and receives the same answer. Imlie interprets this to suggest that Nishant is concealing his illness from his relatives. Imlie makes the decision to inform Tripathis of this.
Tell us what you want to talk about first, says Radha. Why are you acting like this, Rupy asks Aparna. It’s also Imlie’s home, which is why she needs to let us know before she comes. It’s all right, Imlie says. Can I wait for Nishant to arrive, she continues? Aparna informs Imlie that she should be in college and should quit right now. Imlie becomes disillusioned and declares that she is content in the Chaturvedi household, then storms out.
